User Interface Engineer

Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Human Factors, Human Interface Design, Graphic Design preferred but all candidates with corresponding work experience will be considered
- Expert HTML, CSS, DOM, JavaScript skills
- Experience with web graphic creation and optimization (should be proficient using PhotoShop, Image Ready, Illustrator)
- Good knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform implementation techniques
Distinguishing Factors:
- Experience with Ajax
- Good understanding of web application development with Java and the Servlet and JSP specifications
- Experience with Java presentation frameworks such as Spring, JSF, Seam, and Struts is a big plus
- Experience with Flash and Flex
- Comfortable with version control, development process, bug tracking, coding standards and other aspects of the standard software development lifecycle
- Demonstrable experience with 2 or more JavaScript frameworks (Prototype, Scriptaculous, Dojo, Yahoo! UI Utilities, ext, OpenRico, jQuery, CSSQuery, Other DOM Query APIs, Backbase)
- Software development experience
- Understanding of Object Oriented design and development
